Refund policy
14-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, with its retail packaging unopened/undamaged, and in the original box. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as foods, beverages, and plants) and custom products (such as special orders or items that are engraved or otherwise personalized).

Gift Cards & Sale Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to immediately purchase the item you want and simultaneously return the item you have. Please make sure your returning produt(s) is/are in the required condition. Once the return is approved, a refund will be processed (read: Refunds).
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Provided the above conditions are met, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. Items must be in the same condition as received—unused/unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
