Love The Moomins and Stinky? With the Moomin by Skandino Collection, you can combine your favourite Skandino product with your favourite Moomin Character. All products, cup, plate and spoon, are designed and made with love in Finland.

Our products are designed with the expertise of speech language pathologists and occupational therapists. The design work has been done from start to finish with the children’s development and needs at heart.

The Cup

The cup does not have a spout because many speech language pathologies do not recommend it. Skandino’s cups are like ordinary cups without the harmful effects of spouts for children. The cup has two long handles that give the child an ergonomic grip and thus better control over the cup and liquid.

The Plate

You can use the plate to help your child self-feed. By using this design, the child is able to feed themselves and experience joy while dining. Eating with joy encourages the child to eat more and more independently, which aids in the development of feeding skills.

The Spoon

A spoon with a tiny bowl fits perfectly in a tiny mouth. The handle of the spoon is appropriate for the child’s hand for independent feeding.

The Material

Material is 98% bio-based, a mix of sugarcane and wood fiber from Nordic forests. Minimal carbon footprint compared to a similar item in conventional plastic. The tableware is durable and easy to keep clean. The eco-friendly tableware is dishwasher and microwave safe.

Materials used in Skandino’s products have been carefully examined and do not contain phthalates, PVC, BPA or toxic chemicals. It is 100 % safe for children.
